feels like summer

Just a fly-by post so no one thinks I'm dead or anything. Although, I am wilting at an alarming pace with the hot weather we've had. The picture above was taken from our seat at the coffee shop downtown the other day when Patti and I had a little visit. I thought that bike was pretty cool!

Not much stitching to report. Shoulder and hand pain, along with other things have left me with nothing good to show. I'd like to say thanks for everyone that visited from Terri's blog (when she had the giveaway) and left such nice comments. Y'all are sweet. And Terri's a doll, isn't she? I gained some new followers (and lost a few after she had the drawing, lol), and promise to be back soon with some stitchy goodness to share.

Take care, happy weekend (and summer, even if it hasn't officially started yet ;-) )

I have missed you, my friend! I am sorry to hear that you're hurting. Seriously, you lost a few followers after the drawing?? Geesh..... Their loss - they have no idea what they're missing!

Feel better, dear heart!

Stay cool Andrea! My sister is melting right along with you! I'm so happy to be in the fog belt although it's pretty warm for my area today!

Take care of your neck and shoulder pain. I hope you feel better...

Hi Andrea,
Sorry to hear that you are melting. We are having nice weather finally in Oregon and I'm really enjoying it!

Hope your shoulder and hand are feeling better soon.

I'm so enjoying your blog and think you do some beautiful stitching.

Thanks for sharing. You inspire me.

I hope the heat doesn't melt you! :) Hopefully your pain will go away so you can sit in the cool A/C and stitch away!

I LOVE your One Flag finish - I have that design too, lol. It's a good one! You asked about my designs....I know that Everything Cross Stitch, and ABC Stitch Therapy have them for sure (links on my blog). Hoffman is distributing them, but I also have an Etsy link on my blog on the right hand side, where they are available too. I'm a slowpoke and only have two out right now, lol. Thx for asking!

I love that bike! Very cool. Sorry to hear that it's sooo hot there! I heard that the US is supposed to have a hotter than usual summer. Yikes. Hang in there, hope the hand & shoulder pain is better!

Great bike!! It looks very patriotic and brings Normal Rockwell to mind (even with the modern cars!).

I hope your pain abates soon! That is a real drag!!

Have a great week!!
