help!

051

Isn't it lovely? As you can see, it's not mine....I don't enter things into the fair. But it's fun to see what is there and I love this one. MUST FIND IT!

Can anyone tell me who designed it? (It looks like Carriage House or Goode Huswife?)
Thanks a bunch! Will post again soon :)

**edited to add: The design is Carriage House Samplings Farmers Wife! Thanks to everyone that let me know. Now, guess what? I ALREADY have it in my stash, DUH on me, lol!
Thanks you all

I hope you find out what it is. Now I'm all curious! It does look like CHS or GH but I can't place it.

I'm pretty sure it's CHS. Can't think of the name right now I have it as a long ago WIP that i really should finish! Nancy in NY Hedghogmom@aol.com

It's The Farmers Wife from CHS! LOVELY!!! I like how the bottom isn't filled in on this one!

Hi Andrea...I believe it's "The Farmer's Wife" by CHS. Good luck on finding it. You might try CHS direct.

Well it appears Kim knew also! LOL

Oh yep, Farmer's Wife...just saw it on the CHS website. I've no idea where you can find it though. Maybe someone can lend it to you...

So funny - guess you really do like this if it is already in your stash. Not sure how the original is stitched, but it looks great on the black fabric!!

Too funny! Glad someone was able to help!

I am going to miss CHS when she quits designing cross stitch. I am going to make sure I get this design before it is too late.

OMG, Andrea, you're hilarious! I'm glad you have it in your stash. I could feel that obsession bubble start! (I'm there about other things right now!)

LOL @ your edit! I do that all the time too! I fall in love with something that someone has finished and then I find that I fell in love with it when I bought it too.
Happy stitching. LOL

Isn't that a fun surprise when you find you already have it? At least it's not a duplicate. I have bought quilt patterns only to come home and find I already have it. Ohhh, that makes me so darn irritated! I hope to see it on your blog when you get it done.

I would just love to go to the Texas State Fair someday! I love things like that and thankI you for sharing photos of some of the stitching! You should enter something as your stitching is just beautiful! I agree, The Farmer's Wife is so pretty! I may have to find it!

P.S. I hope Muttley is doing really well. Brandi has a bladder infection and I didn't want to wait till tomorrow to get in so yesterday I started giving her penicillin. Hope I don't get my butt chewed tomorrow but I just couldn't stand to see her have to wait two days to get some help. She is doing well walking and I hope they take her off the steroids tomorrow.

This is a pretty one, isn't it? I get surprises when I go through my stash too, but it's fun!

Andrea, that is hilarious! But the beauty of it is that you have it!

Love love love it! How did I miss this one at the fair? Glad you figured out what it is and that you have it in your stash.

You are too cute! I love this one too. In fact I've been working on it here and there the past couple of months. I would happily send to you, but you already have it, so get it out, and stitch along with me! It would be fun to have a SAL with you again.
Hugs.

That is so funny!! I'm glad I'm not the only one who does things like that--I can't tell you the number of times I've bought charts that I have waiting for me right at home :)

You **tickle** me so, Andrea, all in a good way, mind you! I love it that you found something that you loved, something that you had to have in your possession and that the icing on your cupcake was the surprise at finding it in your stash, already! Can't get any better then that! I am waiting now with baited breath to oogle and ahhh over your start of it!! hugs!!

stopped to visit for the first time...love your work. I also have a pug...my dear is a very chunky 10 year old who also had an eye injury. Now on drops x2 daily for rest of life and her specialist says she is a great patient! Your stitching is beautiful. I am new to all of this....but will surely stop by again.

How funny - I've done that a couple times, bought things I already had - must really like that! Sounds like you didn't "rebuy" though, that's a good thing
