"Does the dog wag the tail, or does the tail wag the dog? You see the tail moving, you assume the dog is wagging it, and enjoying it, but maybe the tail is wagging the dog, and the dog is enjoying the attention!"
Here's the puppy dog tail that I left off...
my hubby said to just leave it, no one would ever know, but I knew it would bug me, so it took me all of about 15 minutes last night to fix it and now I can sleep at night ;-)
Here's the whole thing again. Although I couldn't get a very good picture because it's so overcast outside today.
Don't forget to let me know if you'd like to enter the drawing for the chart (see below).

FABulous finsih, Andrea! I love it!!!It has great colors and I love the dog (with the tail!) and the angel and the red house especially!
Yes, a dog is not a dog without it's tail :) I love your finsih it looks fantastic!
That's too funny - I didn't even notice the tail was missing!
Now it look even more beautiful :-)
Enjoy your weekend Andrea!
Very pretty! And I'd have had to fix the tail too :-).
I didn't really notice the tail missing until you mentioned it in your last post. Glad that you fixed it. Now you can sleep at night! Love the sampler.
Wag or no wag...it's a great piece...love your work. And sad to say, my rosemary is wilting. Happy Weekend!
I like the tail being there. lol! It's beautiful!
And a cute tail it is!
Hie hie, I just knew you were going to give that dog a tail. Does this mean I can enter the draw a second time since its a second post? : )) Just pulling your leg of course.

Looks good! I would have had to fix the tail too otherwise it would have caught my eye every time I looked at it!
What it is about this piece that just makes me happy?
The dog looks much happier with his tail!! Love this piece!!
I love this one Andrea! You've done a fabulous job. I have this in my to-stitch pile, very soon!
Glad your rosemary plant is still alive! ;-)
I love this sampler! Congrats on the finish. I have it, so don't enter me in the drawing. :)
i'm always awed by great talent & understand the not leaving a dog's TAIL off. that's like leaving off feature on a doll's face...wait a minute...primitive dolls don't have faces. okay, it'd be like a statue not having arms...oops, venus... i just understand and would do the same!!! LOL>
Aww--the pup looks much happier now! Your sampler is gorgeous, Andrea...
I think he looked cute before, but he definitely does look much more complete with the tail. ;)
Way too cute!
I just love this-your sight is wonderful and the recipes are a bonus!! Thank you for sharing.
