June Morning WIP
Originally uploaded by Deep Fried Cupcake
Well, I went with one of my WIP's, as you can see here! It's June Morning by Goode Huswife. This one has been a lot of fun and I'm sticking to it until it's finished this time! Almost there :)

Thank you all so much for your sweet comments, I really appreciate the time each of one of you takes, to say a kind word :)

Hope you're having a good weekend and doing something fun!

PS. Here's how far along I was on it before I picked it back up last week :)

I love, love, love this design on the dark linen... those wonderful, bright colors just pop.

Is this piece going to be framed or do you have some other finishing in mind?

Oh, Andrea, those colors look fabulous!! I have this pattern, too. Don't know when I'll get to it, so I'll admire yours in the meantime!!

Oh wow, what a gorgeous design. I would never be able to stitch on such dark fabric though. I wonder what it would look like on a cream linen?

I have always thought this was such a beautiful design, and your stitching is really doing it justice! You have made great progress Andrea, and I can't wait to see your finish!

Hmmmm, thought I'd already commented......senior moment I guess. Andrea, you've sure been on a stitching roll. I love the cheerful colors in this piece.

How beautemously lovely is that!! You don't see many pieces that are such bright colors on dark fabric. So pretty and happy.

Andrea! Gorgeous! That's all I can say. I ahd forgotten how much I loved this design, how I've been kicking myself for not buying it and now I know that I will be buying The Goode Huswife book when it's released.

Is that a happy design or what?

Now, that's what I call High-Definition color. Love the dark linen background--very dramatic. That baby's going to deserve a very high-priced frame, indeed!

The butter bell arrived this afternoon! I love it! And what a much needed treat.

I just got back from seeing the doctors. Do you know I am still so sick? And this week has been the worst. They said I have Bronchitis and am on lots of meds. Ugh! But at least finally I will start feeling better.

Thanks Again so much! I will be adding butter into it tonight. Ted loves his butter and I always thought it was bad to keep butter un-refridgerated but not anymore. No more half melted butter in the microwave for Ted. YeAh!!!!! :-)
